We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options at an affordable price.

The only downside was the slow internet connection, which made it difficult to use Skype and other online services.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the sights of the city. The nearby underground station made getting around a breeze. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. our experience was fantastic.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Madrid, I was kinda surprised by the great location, which allowed for easy access to all the main attractions and hotspots of the city. The hotel was also well connected to the metro line, making it convenient for exploring and even traveling to the airport without needing to spend extra on transportation. Although the room was smaller than expected, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, a bonus when traveling with a companion. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the slow free wifi during peak times and the lack of a kettle and coffee/tea making facility in the room, the overall value for the price paid was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering an amazing selection at a very reasonable price. Considering all these factors, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Madrid. it was a satisfying and enjoyable experience that offered great value for money.

This place is fantastic! I love how it's situated right in the heart of everything, with a metro station nearby that connects you to the rest of the city. The service room is amazing, they have car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter, housekeeping. everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The room amenities are top-notch, with an in-room safe, mini-bar, air conditioning, and free toiletries. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and really care about customer service. Plus, the leisure facilities like the TV room and Wi-Fi are great for relaxing after a day of exploring.
